Customer Service
Incentive Networks operates three company-owner and operated customer service centers in Connecticut, Arizona and the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom facility is specifically designed to serve the European clients. The nearly 300 Customer Service employees are formally trained staff maintained by a 15:1 supervisor to representative ratio.
